1. Shipping Areas

We ship exclusively to countries within the European Union.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping in Italy

  • Free shipping for orders over €100 across the European Union.

  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery generally occurs within 5–7 business days, but times may vary depending on the country and unforeseen circumstances. If a product is unavailable, you will be notified promptly.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing reasons.
The 14-day period starts from the day you or a third party designated by you receive the product.

5. Returns

  • The product must be intact, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Include the receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • Contact us before sending any return; we will provide instructions and, if necessary, a return label.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
