1. Scope

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.
By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown are final prices and include the applicable value added tax (VAT), where applicable.
Any additional shipping costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made using the methods available in the online shop, including:

5. Delivery

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
7. Legal warranty
The statutory warranty rights under the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Italy apply.
8. Liability
The seller shall be fully liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
Liability under product liability law remains unaffected.
9. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Italy shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
